Electronic devices such as smartphones, PCs, and digital cameras generate heat during use, which can lead to performance degradation and low-temperature burns. As a countermeasure, materials with high thermal diffusion capabilities, such as graphite sheets, are used. However, while graphite sheets are thin, lightweight, and have greater thermal diffusion capabilities in the plane direction than copper, they are also very brittle and prone to tearing, making them difficult to handle.
